Another party.......

Well, it's Easter time and cause for yet another celebration at school! Spring Break is this coming week which is why they had the early celebration......in case you were wondering. It was pouring outside so Katey's teachers opted to keep it close and while the other classes went off to various homes, we stayed at school and had a great time. They had an egg hunt, a craft (making boo boo bunnies), cupcake decorating, and then a feast. Katey ate her first Cuban sandwich and loved it (what doesn't she love!).....she passed on the adorable pb&j shaped like a bunny. Afterwards, she was invited to Ty's house for the afternoon to play so I could get back to work.....THANKS JEN! In this picture, Katey posed with her two pals, Keaton and Will. Keaton has already told his Mom that "even though Katey's bossy, I'm still going to marry her!" Will's Mom says he turns all red when she asks him about her. HAHAHA! A heart breaker at 5! :)

Now which one is Keaton. I have to see if I approve. ha They are both very cute boys.
I think Katey is getting taller.
Wendy is too, and her darn foot is growing!
What a cute PBJ sandwich. Now what is a Cuban sandwich?
Wendy has become very picky at eating! Makes me so upset. She use to love all the veggies and healthy stuff. Last night we had really good trout and salmon and she put her nose up in the air. She use to love fish!!

Keaton is on the left. Both are adorable....love their Mom's too so I'm happy with either......in about 20 years!!!
Ah, yes, you must be from the area to know what a Cuban is! I will see if I can find a list of the actual ingredients found in a "real" Cuban. SO good!!! I like mine pressed (hot and crusty Cuban bread).

The Original Cuban Sandwich
Smoked ham, pork, salami, Swiss cheese, dill pickle and mustard on hot Cuban bread.

This is from the Columbia Restaurant site. They also have a fabulous salad called the 1905....

1905 is the BEST salad EVER!

Columbia's Original "1905" SaladTM
