Great afternoon!

I got an unexpected, but exciting, surprise the other day when Gina Sorrells emailed and told me that they were coming to Tampa for a few days. We traveled in China with Gina and her husband Steve when they were there to "get" Abigail. We met them at the park this afternoon, along with their other daughter Anna Grace, and had a wonderful visit. It was fun catching up and the weather was awesome........well, compared to their weather in NJ this time of year, that's not saying much ;) but it was a very nice day. Now if we could just get all 4 of the GaoZhou girls together in the same place at the same time......one day we'll pull it off!!! Lesa, I thought of you when Anna Grace found a lady bug!

Lazy Days.........

What a great weekend! We spent Easter weekend at a friend's condo on the beach and had a terrific time. It is Greg's birthday today so we celebrated that too. What a fun, lazy, relaxing time we had.......I highly recommend a few days off to rejuvinate the soul!

Ride 'em cowgirl!

Katey's school brings in a pony for the children to ride each year. Katey loves it and naturally, they bring in a photographer for photo ops! Can you tell the difference between this year's picture and last year's? My little girl is growing up!!!

Life IS a beach!

We spent a fun weekend in Sarasota with Papa and Pam who were visiting from Maine.....what a difference in weather from their home to ours! The beach was beautiful and the water, even though a little chilly, was just beautiful. Katey brought home 2 buckets of shells and thankfully we took them out of the car last night......Gamma got up this morning and smelled something "fishy." Apparently, there were many little creatures who came home with us in the shells that didn't make it through the night....oops! A special treat for the garbage men in the morning!!!
